Armand Spoto will be attending The Annual Partnering for Performance Conference in Raleigh, NC from April 30-May 2, 2013. Partnering for Performance is an intimate event intended to help learning leaders obtain the information, insight, and tools needed to leverage partnerships for driving performance improvement. Armand will be speaking on May 1st on “The new Freeway of Learning: How Training, Communication, and Marketing will collide and be a gateway of content.”
Jill Huentelman will be speaking on April 30th at 3:30, Session N-1, on the topic “”Telling the Story” – Using QC Results to Craft Memorable Learning for Compliance Training.” This brief presentation, will review key components of effective storytelling and ways to apply it to a compliance review or training session. It will review how to build a relevant but compelling storyline with a series of challenges that prove a participant’s notions and tests them on key subject matter. Elements of this format can also be found in highly effective business or computer simulations or social games. As quality professionals, this is an easy practice to adopt that helps to gain more mileage out of valuable content. SQA will be in Indianapolis from April 27- May 3, 2013.
