We are pleased to announce our ranking as 23rd out of 100 fastest growing privately held companies in the Greater Philadelphia region. Lernia’s ranking was revealed at the 23rd Annual Philadelphia 100 Awards Ceremony held at the Annenberg Center, Philadelphia on Thursday, October 27, 2011. Congratulations go out to the founder and president of Lernia Training Solutions, Jill Huentelman, and Lernia’s entire employee team, that has achieved this wonderful and prestigious accomplishment for the second year in a row!

Lernia’s Senior Project Manager, Armand Spoto was spotlighted in a Philadelphia 100 video played during the awards ceremony.

Jill Huentelman, President of Lernia, was recently interviewed by Philadelphia’s Tracy Davidson on NBC news, for the Survive and Thrive program (5 p.m. – 6p.m., NBC10).  Jill was asked to comment on her advice for job seekers within the Philadelphia area, as well as for entrepreneurs wishing to start their own business.  Jill also participated in a round table discussion around the topic of starting a business within the life sciences arena.

PADLA 9th Annual Conference and Expo

Lernia will be showcasing our service offerings and products, as well as speaking at the PADLA 9th Annual Conference and Expo November 18th. Lernia's Stephanie Fillman will provide attendees with a Session on "Strategies for Online and Live Compliance Training" on November 18th at 3:15 p.m. The PADLA conference will focus on the issues and technological changes associated with Distance, e-Learning, m-Learning, and Educational Technology. PADLA will also spotlight networking and exchanging of ideas, information and knowledge associated with these issues and changes.

Drug Information Association (DIA) Conference

DIA’s Annual Conference is designed for individuals involved in the discovery, development, and life cycle management of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and related products. This year’s conference is focusing on innovation as a key component. In 2009, DIA had nearly 8,000 attendees join the annual conference from 50 different countries. At this years conference, Lernia's Armand Spoto will provide attendees with a Session on "The Generational Affect on a Clinical Study Team" on June 21st and 8:00 a.m. Lernia will also be showcasing our service offerings and products in the Exhibit Hall, Booth 558.

eLearning DevCon 2011

elearning DevCon is the event for eLearning developers around the nation. The conference offers eLearning development sessions to immediately enhance abilities. Armand Spoto of Lernia will be speaking on June 16th at 4:00 p.m. on the "Generation Effect". Armand will discuss the effects of an aging labor pool and how organizations are not fully prepared to address the issues of educating future employees. Attendees of this session will gain a better understanding and appreciation of each generation and how they act and think; gain insight into how to constructively work with individuals from among the various generations; and produce new methods to motivate and train employees from all generations.
